IcoFx adalah sebuah aplikasi freeware yang mendapatkan penghargaan pemenang Icon Editor. IcoFx juga merupakan salah satu aplikasi untuk men-generate sebuah gambar dengan format JPG ke dalam format ICO dan mempunyai ukuran yang relatif kecil yaitu 1,4 Mb sebelum di install dan 3,6 Mb setelah proses instalasi.
